I said it before Angelo is the best!!!!! My car was one the first Explorer 2016.Even some of them hhaf not see it even him. Bit he went with he step by step. It was a blast going thru the book trying to figure out the frontera camera. If you need ti léase or buy ....he is your guy. Have dealt with him by leases. You won't go out the disappointed and without his great smile..☺☺☺
I have always thought Roy O'Brien was a Five Star Dealer, however, today they went above and beyond! After a routine oil change, I found my sunroof wouldn't close, so I turned around and went back with about 10 minutes to close. Tina in service, and Don Holbrook without any hesitation, stepped in and helped me out! A group of friendly service workers, which unfortunately I didn't get a chance to learn their names, all stayed 45 minutes past closing and got me out of their with a fixed sunroof! Roy O Brien Ford is a terrific company to do business with they treat u like family even though it's a dealership it doesn't feel like one the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was excellent especially Mr Tion Jackson he was very attentive to our needs went far and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase I can honestly say that I was pleased and will recommend them to my family and friends

i was very happy when i got my new 2015 ford focus and i was helped by maureen brancuto, thanks for the help and i really like my car, it is really nice to drive . i picked the ford focus over the other cars in the lot because i really liked the style of the car, better than the other cars i looked at. its a good car to have.
