I leased a 2016 Escape from Zack, he was really great! I broke my ankle on 3/26 and was using a knee scooter to get around. Everyone at Roy O'Brien was very helpful to me when I came in there. I love my Escape! :)

I just drove home in my new 2017 Escape, and I couldn't be happier! I have been purchasing my cars since 1986 and this was the best experience I have had. Suzanne seemed to know what I wanted more than I did! When I say "no pressure", I mean it. Everybody there was pleasant and helpful, and made me feel like I was well known to them. I really dislike the fact that my warranty work was not completed by 3pm after having my vehicle since the previous evening. To add to that, I was lied to and told my 2 rear wheels were being put back on the car....40mins later I'm still waiting!!! I could have removed & replaced all FOUR wheels, by hand, using a floor Jack in this amount of time !!!!
