Always been a Ford fan. Had a 2003 Explorer that still runs. I have to say though, after I'm done with this one, I'm done with Ford's. Have a 2014 with only 34000 miles on it (focus) with transmission issues that the dealership can seem to fix?!?! Bought it less than 6 months ago!! Tired of bringing it back over and over again. I believe the car is a lemon. Never again.
Great service. ... even though they are under construction, the dealership is still in order, clean, neat, and still a friendly staff. Can't wait to see what it looks like after construction is done. So happy they washed my truck after service done. It looks perfect. :-)
Thanks Ted Roney for finding us the perfect C-Max and promptly preparing the lease contract. Roy O'Brien is the best dealer around Metro Detroit who will always give you the best deal possible and will always be very honest and trust worthy. Sales staff is fantastic along with their fantastic service department. I will never purchase my vehicles from anywhere else!!
Roy O'Brien made everything happen for me they were all really polite and their cake was really good I got a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape which I didn't think I was going to get they're really helpful and they're all really nice it's like they're a big family thank you Royal Brian for my new car

Zack Nahas is my hero. My car finally died on me and I was in a desperate situation and he got me through it. He got me in a car I like at a price I can afford. He put up with all the drama I was going through with a smile. Zack went way above and beyond what I ever expected. 14 years ago I bought my first new car from Roy Patrick o`brien himself. But I have to say Zack Nahas put him to shame with his level of service.
