Very very disappointed!!! Take my Ford Focus there because of light pressure went off. They come back to me two hours later just to tell me that I need new tire, because nail is so close to thread that they can't fix it. Shocker they want $200 for a tire. So I just told them to put my spear tire on. They were lil bit disappointed that they didn't get any money of me. Then I took my car to other shop to see if they can fix my tire. And oh boy surprise. This is the first time I Leased a Car. I was lucky to meet Loice Deberry when I entered he dealership. He made me feel welcome and ready to answer any questions I might have which was many. I felt that leasing was the right thing to do and I got the right car and right color. I have recommended Roy O'Brien and Loice to my friends.

I just leased my third vehicle from Roy O'Brien about a week ago. Ted Roney did a fantastic job at finding me the car I wanted. He never tries to sell me something I don't want or makes me feel like I have to settle with a car that is currently in the dealership inventory for the sake of a convenient sale.
