We have purchased/leased cars from Roy O'Brien for many years starting with young Roy who now heads the company and then with the very professional, congenial, honest, etc, etc, etc, Joe Palazzolo. We/I consider him a friend. There has never been a problem or issue of any sort and that includes their service department. So do yourself a favor when looking for a new or used car.......stay on the right track to 9 mile and Mack.....you won't be disappointed!

Being new to the area I didn't know what Ford dealerships were in the area so I thought I chose one that would be good. Unfortunately, I have found that I chose the wrong one. I'm a first time lease owner of a 2017 Ford Escape and not only do I love the car but love Maureen who helped me get it! She spent hours on the phone with my boyfriend answering questions to help me find deals on my lease. When my dad and I showed up to the dealership she was so polite, attentive, and knowledgeable.
