Just leased my 3rd Escape from Roy O'Brien. Jerry Fortner was my salesperson for the 3rd time. Jerry made the process of deciding when to start a new lease, finding a car and completing delivery very smooth. Jerry did a great job instructing me about the changed and additional features of my new car. The new showroom is very nice and all Roy O'Brien employees that I interacted with were very polite and friendly. I have utilized the service department there for many years and that staff is great also.
BEST SERVICE EVER! I was trading in my lease on my Jeep early, and they were exceptional with getting me the best deal to roll my old lease into my new one. I couldn’t be more happy with the service! I highly recommend coming here, I had looked into two other dealerships in the area and none of them were like this one. 5 stars and beyond!
