Wonderful experience with the sales staff as well as the service department. Very friendly and willing to help. Bought a car from them about a month ago and needed to take it in for a very minor issue. The service department was very quick with the repair and I had my car back within a day.
Very disappointed with the service I received today. I had my car towed in this morning and when I called at 5pm I was informed my car still hadn't been looked at. I asked about a loaner since I have the Ford Extended warranty and was informed that they needed to diagnose the problem 1st and see if it's under warranty. The service rep said she could give me Enterprises number and when I asked why would I pay for a rental when my contract calls for the dealership to provide a rental to me if my car would be kept over 24 hours... read more
Absolute worst service department. Dropped my car off for a check engine light yesterday and it still hasn't even been looked at. I told them to not even bother because I can't be stranded without a vehicle for an additional night. I even did all of the leg work and checked the code myself. 2 days for a bad o2 sensor. I will never buy a vehicle from here again. Simply awful.
I bought my Certified Ford Fusion from Jay Booza at Roy O'Brien Ford in October and I LOVE IT!!! They went above any dealer I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. My only wish is that they were closer to my home.
If you bring your vehicle here, don't expect the work to be completed in the first or second visit, third time was a charm. Seems like this is an issue at most Ford dealers. Tom my service advisor, I have no clue how he or the techs that worked on my vehicle still have a job. You make a simple request it gets written done on a work order and the tech does whatever is convenient for them and completes the job without follow through with the simple request. My wife and I just leased our first F-150 from Suzanne Clem. We absolutely love it. Roy O'Brien and his team certainly made the experience an enjoyable one. The customer service was great. Even turning in our 2014 escape went smooth, after Lisa in leasing explained how the rest of the process would unfold. I really appreciated that. Thanks again!!

I have been doing business with Roy O'Brien's service department for a few years now, bringing my church vehicles in for service. The service department has always treated me with respect. The last few times I have come out, however, has been a total inconvenience for me and my church's transportation. I brought it in for a braking issue, paid $1,400 for the brake job, and the ABS light comes on once I get back to church. I return it and they have the vehicle for 4 days without telling me anything.
