Incredibly welcoming and friendly. The exact kind of place you'd go every month and form friendships. My 5yr old had her first haircut and Nicki was the most gentle and calm woman, and my daughter felt super classy.
Had my haircut and colour done by Niki a few times. Lovely lady spot on with her work. I would recommend everyone to her. The clinic also provides tea and biscuits while you you're waiting.
