Bought our house 6 years ago, the bi-fold doors in our kitchen/dining/2 living room in winter are soaking wet. We complained about this the first winter,they came out and put new seals on the doors. 2nd 3rd year happened again, came out the 4th year to check if we had cavity closers which there was, they couldn't understand why this was happening. Over the last 5 years we have continually reported issues with the roof. Mortar falling out, and tiles displaced. Customer service with Rouse is atrocious, they take your money and do not care. Furthermore, please don’t think the 2 year warranty is worth anything with Rouse, and the 8 year warranty with Premier is even worse. Both Rouse and Premier Warranty are an absolute disgrace. I will never buy a property from Rouse, avoid at all costs.
We've been in our house for a couple years now and have loved it since day one. Everyone comments on what a high end finish it has. We had just one thing on our snag list which was sorted within a few days. I've heard bad things about new build but it seems Rouse are a cut above the rest.

BE VERY WEARY OF BUYING THESE SUB STANNDARD PROPERTIES, THEY MAY LOOK OK BUT UNDER THAT EXTERIOR THE WORKMANSHIP IS A SHOCKING DISGRACE!!! I am in the process of rectifying the shocking disgusting sub workmanship of a 5 year old Richmond built home by these so called builders. A shower area supposed to be water tight which has been leaking through badly layed tiles, and through a water guard membrane to the ceiling below.
