Chris #** did a phenomenal job on my sewage pump today which is in a tight location to work in. He exceeded my expectations and I found him honest, reliable, and a hard worker. I will be calling for him specifically for any of my plumbing needs moving forward. Thank you Chris!

My experience with Root-Rooter has been horrible from the start and it is not even close to finished. My husband and I are both retired disable veterans older couple with 2 of my grandchildren living in our household. Root-Rooter came to our house for the first time on Sept 4, 2021, for leaky pipes and Sept 8, 2021, for snake line, which caused more harm than good. Big company = poor service and high price. We called them to fix a very simple issue: a leak in our bath faucet. A technican came, left to buy a cartridge at Home Gepot and came back with the wrong part. He gave us an estimate of $350 to fix the issue and asked for a payment of $125 that would be deducted from the repair. He said he would buy the part and give us a call. I dealt with with the ** and Technician and this is my last straw to the Liaison of Customer Service Pat,The last communication I received from the General Manager was prior to me emailing you for help. I am discussed by the way that this company does business. They make it seem like they are being transparent but their business practices are not ethical. My husband and I had them come out on the 4th of July to fix a drain issue we were having. They were the only ones at the time that we could have come out to resolve the issue. They came out cleaned the drain and told us they would run a camera down and never did. They also informed us that we did not have a clean out on the outside of the house. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME FOR EVEN A FREE ESTIMATE!!!! I needed a garbage disposal replaced. I bought the part,. Just needed the old one taken out and a new one put in..that I had . No plumbing involved just a REPLACEMENT !! I was QUOTED $450.00!! by a man named ****** that seemed to just come from HAPPY HOUR. My 95 year old mother called Roto Rooter in **********, ** this past Sunday. The technician worked to clear her drains and toilet which had backed up that morning. His work seemed to have solved the problem, at least temporarily. He advised her that she needed to "rebuild her cesspool" which was "falling in" He then had her sign a contract for $5,500.00 for this work Upon my review of the contract the following day I discovered that the work to be done was to replace the pipe that runs from the house to the cesspool.
