Receptionists need to make sure they’re giving the CORRECT information when giving estimates. I was called by Simone and she told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle and told me the total estimate would be $1500 so the next day I call back and tell her I’m gonna go ahead with the fix and she puts me on hold for 10 minutes to come back and tell me the total estimate is $5800 now and that I should look for a new car. How do you go from $1500-$5800? So then I look at my diagnostic paper and it’s $1500 JUST FOR THE LABO... read more

Walked the lot for 10 minutes walked around the sales floor for another 5 minutes and nobody helped us even with 3 sales guys standing around. Called about specific vehicles that were pictured online and they said they didn't get them yet.
