they simply do not return your phone calls when they are doing a major repair on your vehicle I've been calling for a week and a half without a single returns call

I ended up taking my car here after the dealership I purchased my Nissan Sentra from would not acknowledge there was an issue with my transmission. We called rothrock on August 14th to see if we could bring the car in to be checked out. There were no appts available until August 24th. But were told that we could try to drop the car off on the 16th and maybe could fit it in on the 17th. Today is the 18th and transmission has been replaced under the warranty (mechanic stayed late to get it done) and we got the car back already... read more
I love my new jeep compass. I saw it on the website and picked it up immediately. The salesman [Brian ] was very polite and helpful. I love the warranty they give you and the financer [Matt] was also very helpful. Thank you Rothrock.

Took my Pathfinder in and they have done a awesome job!! This is the second time I had them do work on my vehicles. Hit a deer each time and the workers at rothrock did amazing work and fast. Vehicle was only in for 3 days and I had it back!!
