This has been the worst experience ever ! I brought my van in for a repair which I was told was covered under my extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. This was in early October since then I’ve been without my vehicle and have been given the worst customer service you could imagine. I was eventually told that my vehicle repairs would not be covered and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. RecommendedExcellent experience as always. Tremendous sales experience on a recent Jeep Wrangler purchase. No pressue, great deal, great service. Also had some recent service work done on our daughters Jeep. Fully informed by the service dept. on what the issue was. Charged a fair amount for the work, and ready when stated.
