This is a follow up to my wife’s post a few days ago. My van was ready to be picked up on Friday 12/18 and I reached out to Ron Carl to talk about adjusting the price which he did and I was thankful for but at no point did he take responsibility for what took place just telling me it was a bad situation for both of us. I reminded him that my family was the only one without a vehicle for over 2 months and all the things we had to go through these past 2 months without a vehicle .
