Jose was very good at calling we found him down to earth and not to aggressive. As for the other staff we dealt with the financial man was professional. Insurance advisor who stepped in that day from a partner dealership also very efficient and professional. We are happy with our experience

Rothrock had my car for a day and a half for inspection and an oil change. They damaged my pan during the oil change and stripped the screws. They would not return phone calls to address this issue. I had oil all over my driveway. This issue was escalated to corporate and is awaiting resolution at this time.

I called today with an issue that happened yesterday, the service manager kept referring to a conversation that was over a year ago, which I’m sure if somebody said to me if you don’t change your key fob battery right now you could get stranded in the middle of nowhere, I’m sure they said some thing like there’s a maintenance fee of about $700 to change your wiper blades or something like that I’m sure they didn’t tell me it was going to be a key fob issue. They made it super easy to get the commercial van I needed for my business. We worked out the whole deal over the phone and on line. I only had to show up, sign a few papers and drive away happy! As a small business owner my time is very important to me. Rothrock catered everything to my schedule and never wasted any of my time. I’ll never shop anywhere else.
