I have been bringing my vehicles to Rothrock for service for many years. They are friendly, and extremely helpful. They always go out of their way to accomidate me and assist me with my service and parts needs.
Great service experience! All staff work to insure that your vehicle issues are addressed and completed promptly. They remain on schedule and all staff are knowledgeable and provide quality customer service!
I stopped to get price on truck, spoke to Wes and was told he would call me when he got numbers done. That was 3 weeks ago. I also called a week ago to follow up, he again said would call me back. Again over a week and nothing. I guess they arent interested in selling. I'll be the one that tells everyone that Rothrock isnt a good place to go.
Would never and i mean never buy here again . hire knowledgeable people . that know something about what there selling . 000 stars
