Jose went above and beyond for me. My vehicle broke down on the turnpike. I went to the first dealership I could find and I got an offer I couldn’t refuse. I told Jose what I was looking for and he put me in a better vehicle with less mileage than what I was looking at.For the same price. If you stop by Rothrock make sure to ask for Jose he is very personal and not just after a sale. Scott
They don’t stand behind there warranty’s it’s a run around
They were very helpful. The salesman and the finance manager were willing to work with me. They knew want I wanted and gave me the amount a wanted for my trade. Gave me additional discounts on the car I was interested in.
Service department sucks. Took them 3 days to even look at our car and now just finding out on a Friday at 430 that the part that was supposedly ordered Monday is on backorder and isn't being fixed today as originally advised. cant tell me they just found out about the backorder. we have been without a car for a week now and no loaner because it is for a driver under 25. Huge lack of communication on their part. Will never set foot on their property again.
I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from them .I had a very good deal and their services are great .I will recommend anybody to go to Rothrock and purchase a vehicle they are reasonable and they will work with your credit.
