We went to rothrock with the exact car we wanted and they got us approved. They were extremely helpful and patient while we were figuring it out if we wanted the Jeep or not. They even fixed the check engine light before we left.

I went in just to look. Dan 'Doc' Hoffer took me under his wing and actually listened to what I was looking for. The first car he brought out was perfect and I was instantly in love. Doc was so helpful and humorous, he pushed our paperwork and got us approved for our financing the same visit. He's a real nice and down to earth guy that wants you to be happy with your experience. This is the easiest and least stressful time I've EVER had looking for a new car. Thanks Doc, you have a customer for life.
They have the worse customer service and are unable to resolve issues. I find myself having to take my car in for the same service over and over again. The vehicle itself was not build well and I have water entering the vehicle along passenger side floor and leak specialist after leak specialist is unable to fix the issue. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rothrock since I purchased the vehicle.
