I was in today for my first service and my prior positive experience turned sour. I had a 1:30 appt for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I waited for over 2.5 hours before my vehicle was complete. Almost 3 hours for a simple service just should not happen..unacceptable...especially when I made an appt. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for service unless you have a half a day to wait.
I've had a really patient and hard working Salesmen named Chris Andrews and Brianna Smith who worked hard to assist me n finding the right car that I love for a price I could afford. overall great custimer service.
We had an outstanding experience today. Charlie, Nate, Nicole and the rest of the team were so helpful, engaging and fun to work with. We have been Nissan fans for over 20 years and this team here is the best group we met so far. We love our new Nissan Murano.
