Awesome Nissan car dealer
I’d never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. Not only did I get screwed on a used vehicle I purchased there a few years ago I just received an automated phone call a few minutes ago. It was 10:00 pm. WTH? Why would you send out a phone call that late? Probably because they do not care about their customers. Or the public in general. I hope that someone on the rothrock staff sees this and thinks twice about how they do business.
I really do like this place! I’ve never really had an in person bad experience. The biggest area of concern though, is the phone line to get over to the service area for Nissan. Nobody ever picks the line up. I’ve had many messages go unreturned. Unless you have the direct number of an advisor, it’s all but impossible to talk to someone. Also, please update your online scheduling. There is no way to edit your online appointment after you make it. Service is on time, not as pricey as others.
The staff was amazing and there attention to detail was amazing. I am very pleased with the results and I would recommend them to anyone
