They’d lie to you and not give a straight forward answer. They won’t process your DMV paperwork until the 3 month period is over. If you need an after-sale service or have a question, no one would listen to you. Stay a way, or you’d regret it.
The worst in service I’ve ever experienced. Poor management. If they’re short handed then the solution is better management of processes. Triage service just like patients. 5 hours first visit,after 2 month wait for appointment, just for a basic service and made to comeback to have a recall part replaced. Second visit 3 hours for just that part. Unacceptable. Won’t buy Hyundai again. Warranty doesn’t matter, if service stinks.
Don’t do business with them. They don’t honor their warranties.
15 months ago my wife and I purchased a G70 from right off the showroom floor. The nicest model they had at the time beautiful looking car. Fast forward to now and it has been in service for 67 days for the same bad back up camera 3 times (40 days in service at one stretch for this), paint issues (30% of the car needed repainting 7days in service), damaged steering wheel (took 2 months to get replacement), gas not filling properly (still not fixed) and now last night it died on the freeway leaving my wife to try and cross 4 ... read more
I have been here many times over the last few years and have had great service with no problems. I recently picked up my car and had stuff missing. Talked to service manager Brock who was very apologetic and offered me credit for future services. However after this incident not too sure how I feel. He expressed a recent homeless issue at their dealership, but if my car would have locked nobody would have gotten into it in the first place, only other option would be an employee stealing. Roseville Hyundai is one of the best places to buy. They are very professional with character which I loved throughout. My seller James and I hit it off right away he explained everything to me about the car I chose to the i tee, in fact he walked throughout the parking lot to find the perfect car color inside and out that I wanted it was a pleasure working with him. I posted about an issue we had while purchasing a new Pallisade. We are currently sitting in an office at Roseville Hyundai. They have rectified the situation and taken full responsibility. We appreciate their willingness to come through with good customer service like we had in the past. The same guys I posted about yesterday got us a black Pallisade with all the features we had wanted. Thank you Roseville Hyundai for making it right!
