Ryan did a great job and was so nice. He supported me through all the steps and didn't pressure me. He even stayed late and helped me after closing, taught me how to use all of the functions in the new car. I was impressed by the whole team. I have to take back my previous review! Call them and you will NOT speak to a human. I CANNOT get a service appointment for 8 weeks! Because the robot “knows “ their availability. Tried to get appt. Online and they only gave a short window. Making this impossible. I refuse to have my time dictated by a robot. If this is how they want to treat human customers I will not buy my next car from Hyundai.
