I can’t even make an appointment. I have a “service campaign repair” which apparently no one can schedule except the people in service department. I’ve talked to 3 people in the last week. Two told me that someone would call me back and one suggested I go in to make an appointment. Ridiculous that it is this hard to schedule an appointment.
RecommendedAbout 2 weeks ago we purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Sonata and absolutely love it! I hate dealing with dealerships and sales people but they were a breath of fresh air. Everyone was warm, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great experience!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted but had a lot of questions. Pavlo was very knowledgeable and patient. I felt like he really knew Hyundai vehicles and especially all of the features of the new Santa Fe’s. I never felt pressured by him or the Sales manager, and feel like I got everything I wanted for a reasonable price. They even worked with me on my trade-in. And 1 week later, I received a tin of chocolate chip cookies in the mail as a thank you...really makes me feel valued as a customer!
Dealership contacted me right away but never fallow through after I tried to make arrangements to view vehicle
Even if you have an Appt for service, be prepared to wait at least an hour before they start. Unacceptable. I won’t return to have my new car serviced at the dealership.
