Worst customer service experience ever! We have purchased 5 cars from them and will never return again! Spencer was very disrespectful after they dropped the ball and blamed the problem on us.
First Class Friendly service. Graylon was our salesperson and he was awesome! We drove away in the car we wanted at a great price. The whole staff was excellent including our finance person, Brandon, who walked us through it with ease. I highly recommend Roseville Hyundai.
I love my Sante Fe, it has 270,000 miles and we still love it but it had its first breakdown on Saturday June 23 and it had to be towed to the dealership... now it is Tuesday after work and no one has touched it or can even tell us when they will look at it. If I need to replace it I doubt I will buy here if this is their service standard.

As others have stated, this dealer seems to have a "bait and switch" marketing strategy. They listed a vehicle on their website and on CarGurus. When I offered to pay their asking price as a cash deal, they told me that the price was higher than the price they showed on their website and CarGurus. Clearly a shady dealership.
