Christopher was unconcerned about a problem that was very frightening to me. I had to text to follow up on how service was doing; in fact, i initiated all follow up for 2 days (3x). On the second day, someone else returned my call. Problem unresolved. The next service reminder was not reset; i called to ask for assistance in resetting it myself.
