My sister purchased a car here and it’s been nothing but horrible service and issues. She’s owned her car for less than 6 months and the air conditioning has now gone out. It’s a 2017!!! It was 106 yesterday and creeping up there today. She’s repeatedly called to get service ASAP and now the number is disconnected. I’m not sure if the service here can get any worse and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I just had my car serviced by them and was amazed at the great customer service and excellent timing. I had a 7 am appointment and I was in and out.

Very poor customer service & very rude sales managers. They dont take you series & are horrible at returning phone calls. Also they try to give you under kbb for your Hyundai trade it. Definitely won’t go here in the future
