They responded great to getting back to me, but the miles were way off on the vehicle that was advertised by alot and I was also told the vehicle was still under warranty and it wasn't and I didn't find that out until I got down there. I still purchased the vehicle but I paid more on it then what I was planning because it wasn't under warranty. I purchased the extended warranty just because it is the limited and so many things can go wrong.

From the time my car was towed to Roseville Hyundai, I was reassured that my car would be well checked and repaired using only new quality parts. Robert in the Service Department was always positive and quick to respond to my questions. He spoke well of my insurance claims person, who also was anxious to put my Tuscon back into good shape. The work was done quickly, though extensive. Everyone was pleasant and reassuring!

I called at 9:50 am and I was told sales was not open until 10! You would think one salesperson might come in a bit early to make a sale. I called back at 10:00 and spoke to a salesman. Before I could finish my description, he blurted, It's sold, gone. No offer of other choices. I bought a great car later that day... elsewhere!
