Luxury? Im still looking. I've been here for three years now, and the 1st year everything was nice there were minor issues, and it was never really of great concern to us. But the 2nd year I started noticing how luxurious this place really is. For instance when I go to the dumpster, I'm literally climbing over heaps and mounds of trash. It's either because the trash is full or someone started a domino effect by not putting their trash in the receptacle in which would make a huge pile and it'll be there for days. Comfortable! I have signed my third lease and my overall experience as a resident has been fairly good so far. These are nice sub-urban apartments. I like the fact that I have washer and dryer hook ups in my apartment for added convenience. For those that do not have hook ups there is an onsite laundry mat. The rooms are spacious and would have added more comfort if the apartment had central cooling instead of window units. Rosemont Square Apt I was hesitant to rent an apartment at Rosemont square due to the yelp reviews. I checked them out anyway as their prices are really good for one bedroom apartments and that's hard to find in this area. So far I'm pleased, I'm in the newer building and the apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. On yelp they had said maintenance was horrible but they came after I asked twice . Will write another review at the end of my stay
My Home, as a single mother. I love my apartment for my son's, it's a 2 bdrm. Hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms. My kids enjoy our home, even with the rent going up yearly, my children know this is home. My son was born in my apartment. He learned to walk, speak, and both son's grew up here. Every room has a memory that I will cherish. I've been here for 6 yrs.
