Verified Renter Everything from Staff communication, maintenance communication, not enough or big enough laundry appliances, cheap everything in the apartments. I washed my walls recently and all the paint was wearing off and the bathroom i can go on and on for... HORRIBLE

Verified Renter I really like to live here but for the price we pay i think the apartment could be in a better quality.
Verified Renter Roosemont sq is not a good place to live. They do not take care of the property and when you have issue they seem to not care about the issue. For example there a mice in everyone's unit and the office so the bare minimal.
