Verified Renter My experience has been so bad; there are many security concerns; the management company increases rent each when when nothing has changed on the quality of the apartment. Everything in my apartment is so old the company simply nickels & dimes existing customers to make up for vacant apartments. Ive lived here for 10 years and have seen management change three times. Verified Renter only the first impression was an good one all down hill from there. The lack of professionalism within the staff to the bandaid of fixing issues in the unit. Past year with rodent infestation that has yet to get resolved to water vein turned off every other week and pure rust running out when back on to leave extreme tar like dirt rings in the tub. Just over this place. In addition the one dumpster for entire community thats always spilled out over flooded over the place
