I went in yesterday to buy a bedroom suite. A guy came to help me. I picked out what I wanted. He said to go wait by the bed and he'll be right there with his clipboard. After about 15 minutes another person walked up and asked if I was being helped. I said yes and they paged him over the intercom. He came by and asked me to wait another minute because he was helping someone else. That annoyed me but I waited. 20 more minutes go by and he never came back. The salesman at the store was nice but delivery day was not good. Given the 7-11am delivery time for today. At 12:30pm I called customer service because they had not showed up yet. Was told dispatch had the delivery time for 3-7pm. Furniture finally arrived at 8:15pm and our love seat was broken so we only received 2 of 3 pieces of our furniture. Tried to call customer service but they close at 8.
I ordered some furniture from this location about one week ago. I was given a "courtesy" window which in fact means, "we come whenever the hell we want & have no regard to your job or family" window, from 12-4. 3:30 rolls around & I call to make sure everything is on track. We went to the Columbia sc store and the service was great/helpful there . It soon ended when the delivery guys showed up . I had wrote in comments I had a older white dog in the yard in a electric fence . The delivery guys showed up and proceed to get a stick an chase my dog an call it a motherfucker . The dog is 12 with no teeth he did bark at them but stood still an did that. Rooms To Go, do you all not look at what your customers are saying? I came to the Harbison location looking for a living room set. Two ladies and I walked around looking lost for ten minutes. No one was working the floor. Finally I saw two men come from outside with Rooms to Go shirts on. I looked at them, hopeful. They walked by without speaking. So I went around the entire store. I bought my son a bed here they have delivered 3 different beds all have been broken and this last time they didn't put the screws I'm the bed! They didn't even leave the screws. 3 different deliveries and a service call in 3 weeks and it's still not fixed. I will not be buying anymore furniture from rooms to go.
This is the worst store to buy from the sales rep was very rude he would not help us find what my family wanted in a dining room set. He picks and chooses his customers. I still came back another day to buy a table set my husband and I liked. The delivery people were very nice but then the product was awful. U couldn't even touch the table without it shaking really bad and they delivered the wrong table size to us and it was even missing pieces. I hate this store the delivery system is a joke .my furniture is two days late .my kids are sleeping on the floor now.wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing furniture here...GO UP THE ROAD TO ASHELY FURNITURE PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE!!! Sign a very unhappy former customers
If I could give it no stars I would! Destroyed my drive way! The driver drove into a flower bed and then had to be pulled out now 800 dollars worth of gravel is buried under dirt cause he was an idiot and this is the very reason we wanted an 1 hour call ahead time so I could be here! I spent 1.5 hours getting him unstuck and then he tells me they brought the wrong stuff! I'm hiring an attorney first thing in the morning!
