We purchased a dinning room table set from @roomstogo October 2018. This is not pur everyday table. We hardly use it. Before even a year had passed the screws started falling out. We would tighten them up and they would still fall out. We called @roomstogo they sent someone out. He tightened the screws. That didn't help. They sent another person out. Same thing. don't rely on warranty. bought very good new living room last year. sales people were great at the time, but when cushions began losing 'shape' we were told it wasn't covered. all we get is blown off. we were promised warranty coverage included everything. now we know better.
Do not shop here!!! This place screwed over my family. Terrible reviews!!! Don’t waste your money! Stay far far away. My best friend who recently found out she was pregnant needed to make some changes with her recent purchase and after being told that they would work with her (should she need to). Upon calling she was given the run-around and then flat out denied. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rooms to Go of Gulfport has contracted drivers that could care less about you getting your furniture, even if the fault is on them with an address screw up. Will never order from them again.
