This, and every other Rooms To Go store are run by criminals. Once they have your cash, you are nothing to them, and do not expect anything to be delivered correctly by their completely unprofessional delivery services. if you decide to waste your time and call them to complain, you'll be called a liar and told they never ever sell floor samples or used furniture. horrible service and they deliver my items scratch. now none wants to answer your call. plus they charge me an extra $100.00 for a color that looks sprayed. also missing parts.
I was super pleased with my salesman Roger and his compassionate caring attitude with me. Also when I had issues after delivery of my furniture, working with Dave, the store manager, was also very pleasant and helpful. Both men were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend RTG to anyone looking for nice affordable furniture.
I don't normally write reviews, but my dad and I had such a great experience at RTG! Our salesman Paul was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable, eager to help, and answered ALL of our questions. He allowed us to look around as long as we needed before we were ready to check out. Excited about my new living room and bedroom sets!
the salesperson Jasmine was GREAT! He was knowledgable and helpful without being overbearing. A real asset to that company. unfortunately, all of his hard work has been ruined by the TERRIBLE delivery service and customer service after purchase. we ordered a lot and were charged hundreds of dollars for delivery. Today was supposed to be delivery day but they apparently ONLY have semi trucks for delivery in my area and the driver refused to come down our driveway. my wife and I purchased a couch Saturday February 16th and opted for the "express" delivery and were assured it would be delivered Monday February 18th. we kept getting our delivery time pushed back to finally they said they'd be here 10pm. 10pm really? who delivers that late to start with. well by 11pm it still hadn't showen up. so I called customer service Tuesday morning February 19th and was told the couch we ordered was on back order until March
Rooms to go on Harbison Blvd in Columbia, SC is the best furniture store I have ever shopped. My sales rep, Christa Smith was professional, courteous and on point. She helped me customize not one but two rooms. She was respectful of both my style and my budget. I will never buy furniture anywhere else. #RTGrocks
