RecommendedWilling to work with you to determine your furniture needs and even allowed us to return several items that did not go with our new home. Had to pay a minimal delivery charge to pick up the old item and deliver a new one. Original furniture bought in Charleston SC and work with Jay at the Harbison store to coordinate a return
about a electric Theater chair from them and they delivered it to another address and want me to wait for another delivery date while they straighten their mess out
Rooms to Go Furniture was a surprise to me...very nicely decorated with plenty of choices in a wide variety of styles. the young lady that waited on us was extremely helpful, very patient, and not at all trying to push us to buy. As it turned out we did make a purchase after much looking and having done comparison shopping. I would recommend Rooms To Go Furniture.
Bought a electric couch alittle over a year ago. When purchasing couch I expressed concern to sales lady about the electic motor operating foot rest and was assured of its quality and longevity. It stopped working alittle over a year and I called the same people for some of that stand by your product, assurance,quality spiel, response . I had a great experience all the way around. The gentleman who helped me with my initial sale was polite and quite patient. The office staff were great. I had to return an item and get a replacement. Everyone was very helpful and kind throughout the process.
Well, where to begin. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ROOMS TO GO! Since I have placed my order with Rooms To Go I have had nothing but a nightmare experience. I am completely frustrated with the way you handle your customer service. I work in customer service and if I handled my job this way I would no longer have a job. I have gone through four sets. FOUR. once we made it that far your customer service agreed that is was time to re-select our furniture. we did so. First the couch was on back order. I was given a window for my delivery time but was never told about the possible ridiculous 7 am to 10 pm delivery possibility with still being a risk the drivers would not make it. I was also just informed my paid for couch would be shipped back to GA and I’d have to wait a few more days to play the waiting game all over again. As I was processing the foolishness, Chantel from CUSTOMER SERVICE could not get off the phone quicker. Ok, thank you, click. Good job Harbison. Still no couch.
