Beware of the delivery team. They scratched my floor, oneof the pieces of furniture was broken.
Your people are rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with your company. The ironic thing in all of this is that I was going to go to Rooms to Go and whoever that lady was that called me today ruined it. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about the experience your person provided me as a non-customer..... if I could rate lower I would. This company desires a *0* not any type of star...
Sorry furniture!! Bought a couch that cost over $2000 in the beginning of 2016. The frame broke and they said they can't do anything about it. They can't even send someone out to fix it, even when we said we were going to pay for someone to fix it! NEVER AGAIN!!
Buyer beware. We purchased a bunk bed about a month ago. We asked are sales person about price protection and was told the price would be guaranteed for 90 days. A month later the bed went on sale for $200 less. When we went in to get our refund we were told "the only thing they could give us was a store credit." Not what I expected. Everyone was great @ our Harbison, SC location. Our only issue was that upon delivery, we found 2 huge holes in the back of the left bookcase of our entertainment center. Looks like the blades of a forklift got it. Very disappointing, we had planned the delivery of a whole room of funiture for the 4th of July. We cannot assemble any of the new tv center without the left support. It will be at least 2 weeks before the replacement arrives. I worked with Tonya and she was extremely patient , gave me space. I went back several times over a few weeks as I evaluated my options from Ashley, Whitash, and several other online companies. She was always great. I would recommend her. Haven't received the product yet. So can't comment on that.
Chris our sales person acted as though we were not very important. We took it because we were only buying one item that he felt his time was more important and actually left us to go help another customer who did not buy anything. He came back to us and we completed our purchase. We have almost never gone into to Rooms to Go without buying the item we came in for. I've had a rooms to go credit card for almost nine years now.
