If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I just moved to SC and needed furniture for bedrooms and living room. The woman who met us at the door was overwhelming. She followed us around and pulled us in all different directions. I really wanted to just be left alone to shop with my family. Then when I was tring to talk to her I was in the middle of saying something and she walked away from me to another customer. My daughter and I walked into the Harbison store not having any idea what we wanted. Bill acknowledged us right away but we just wanted to see what was available. We walked the whole store a couple of times and were addresses buy a different sales person a three separate occasions. Now we had a better idea what we wanted but had questions. Melissa heard us discussing the items and asked us if we needed help. She was very attentive, answered our questions, sat down with us and showed us searches and sofa designs. Roger was very helpful and patient with us. We walked in an hour before the store closed and he walked around with us and gave us all the information we needed to find a great deal on a nice set that works for us!
Love your store. I have brought furniture before. I't was a bedroom set Love it.and a Cindy Crawford chair good quality..so now I brought the sofa bed. Will be back for more.
The store was great and the woman who helped me place my order was amazing! The delivery manager and CSR reps were absolutely AWFUL! My order was split into two delivery dates. First one went smooth and according to plan. Second was today and they went to the wrong apartment complex. Even though they had my correct address. When I told them that they said they were already 40 minuets out and wouldn’t be able to return today to the correct address. Told me I had to reschedule. I bought a new dining room table for Christmas and when I received it the table had scratches on it. I have contacted them multiple times. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I would not recommend buying from them to anyone else!
I ordered bunkbeds for my grandchildren they used the bunk beds less then 3 times when one of them Sat on the bed and the slats broke I have a warranty but Iam told they have to come out and check it to see if it's a manufactory defect otherwise the warranty doesn't cover it.what else would cause slats to break I am totally dissatisfied with this company I will never order from them again
