Joseph Alcantara was beyond phenomenal in delivering great customer service. Kind, patience, not pushy, and knowledgeable. He has it all. So happy that we ran into him today!
As a consumer, I am very disappointed in your customer service and delivery services. To spend a couple thousand dollars on furniture and not have it delivered anywhere close to the four hour timeframe given. On top of that, my delivery day was a special day which was ruined. Delivery was the worst part followed by the fact they sent a cushion from another couch and missing at least one back pillow. Their truck would not fit down our driveway so I had to use my truck to bring the couch pieces up from the road in two trips. I had to tell them how to move it through the door because they couldn't figure it out. I didn't sign anything to say I got it. Oh my goodness I'm glad I checked here before buying from them. I came on here to vent about how piss poor their customer service is and see that NO ONE likes them. I called to order a bed and could not even get one of those dumbasses to stay on the phone long enough. Word gets around. This place will go out of business.
I had no problems with the Harbison store other than the delivery was 30 minutes outside the window I was given. I purchased a reclining sofa and love seat and was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I was assisted by Joseph who sold me what I came in to buy. No pressure. The 20 minutes also included credit approval for 60 months no interest financing. No complaints, I'll shop there again.
I bought a new bedroom suit for my son 2 days ago. Rooms To Go charged my card twice and I've had many people tell me it happened to them before at this store also. However, they said since they can't see it, I don't get my money back. The way I see it, this is THEFT!
I ordered furniture for my daughter and her roommates for their college apartment. The girls were so excited to make their apartment comfortable and more usable. The furniture was delivered today and it's been a complete nightmare! The TV console and 2 universal piers were left for the girls to assemble despite the fact that delivery and setup were included in the price of the furniture. Purchased a full bedroom suit which I paid over $3,000 for in the Harbison location. Delivery was set up for today from 1-5pm, so I took half of the day off from work so that I would be here for delivery. The guys that delivered it set up the dresser, Chest of drawers and both night stands and then realized that they didn't have any bed rails so they couldn't put our bed together. Too poor for even one star. Waited 1 month for table, 8 chairs & server. Took 4 hours off work Nov 16 just to receive 7 chairs (all wobbled). The 8th chair was so bad it couldn't be put together. Chip in table and chairs. Was supposed to receive 8 chairs & replacement table Nov. 26 between 2-6 (had a lot of company coming over at 6:30). Delivered at 7:30 and the new table has chips in it.
