This place is a joke! Ordered couches and bedroom suite from here the lady first told us we would have our bed and bed side tables and couches at the same time but that our dressers would be on back order until May. Then rooms to go comes to the house and just delivers the couches the lady never ordered the bed at all now that's on back order until May as well. We said screw them we are taking our business elsewhere. STAY AWAY from this place! Go right up the road to the Ashley furniture home store!
Has to be the worst store to do business with I have ever felt with. Bought a bedroom suit in July still have not got my dresser. Wasn't told they didn't have it till after paid and then told it would be a month Well 6 months later the give me a delivery date of today between 4 and 8. Now I have things and commitments to do and can't get it here by a normal time so we have to have another date to deliver God knows when. I would not even buy a lamp from them ever again
Purchased a leather sofa and within 14 months, the color is coming off the leather. Customer service was contacted and said too bad. Do not buy furniture from this place
Sales person was great, however it was his last day. We were told the delivery guys would move the furniture out as long as it was on the same floor. We were charged $30 and they would not give us a receipt. This was a scam, bet they are making a fortune, and the manager at store wasn't very concerned. The ottoman was damaged and we can't get another one for a week. Delivery guys would not give us a copy of the delivery papers showing it was rejected. Rooms to Go on Harbison in Columbia doesn't care about customer services .................................................................On Dec 07, 2014 I purchased a dining room set to be delivered on Dec 20, 2014. It appears that the salesman input the wrong items into the computer. When the delivery arrived with the incorrect items, I refused the the shipment. Immediately, I called them about the error. I got very bad experience from room to go, they gave me wrong items and damaged items, it's really bad, any their customers speak like die person, no smile, no mood, reaaly bad.
Unethical. We purchased a $1,200 mattress and less than a year later it was sagging. They came out and agreed to replace it, unfortunately, ours had been discontinued. Because this was the only Beauty Rest we have had an issue with, we wanted to stay with them. Rooms to Go wanted to replace our $1,200 mattress with a $700 one. The Beauty Rest comparable to ours was $224 more, they wouldn't make up the difference and could care less. It's all about the money and no customer service whatsoever.
