I was scammed by Rooms at Mills for the amount of 255 GBP. I was pre-charged for the rooms, and when I arrived to the hotel, I was denied a room and was told by the reception of the hotel, that hotel had changed management and did not pass bookings, so they have no data of me having a room. I demand my issue to be resolved, case review and money returned.

Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Lovely location in Oakham. Very boutique hotel in feel and attention to detail. Stayed for Christmas night as an overflow to my parents house. We will be back!
