Lovely, clean, comfortable rooms. Laundry available, great friendly service, good wifi, quiet for good sleep. Good restaurant on site for good food/drinks with very nice marina/harbor view.
Booked a large double. It was an accessible room, not that we needed or requested it so wondering if all rooms are accessible, which would be good as all were on ground level. Room had a coffee machine which was a nice touch. Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was also good, we had a payment issue and staff sorted it quickly. Location is good, and short walk to catch ferry in Portsmouth, just under £6 rtn pp. We didn't get to have dinner at the restaurant but breakfast was very nice and good value.
