I can really reccomend these guys. Amazing service, prompt, friendly and clean
After completing out roof last year it has continued to leak. 10yr guarantee, if they would actually answer the phone! Left crack tiles, ridges not screwed down correctly, mix of cement mostly sand and cracking on chimney. Our new attic conversion has now got stains and still no response from them. Had 2 other companies come out to say that to repair their work is around £1000... Feel completely let down by them..
Contacted these guys to for a relatively small fix on our leaking roof. Was told to contact by text. After no response for a few days eventually arranged a date and was told booked in between 4 and 5 and that they would let me know the exact time on the day. As I had no correspondence, I sent a text on the day just to confirm. No response. I left it a few hours and sent a further message stating that I would be finishing work early to confirm the time. Roofcraft were brilliant from the first contact to the end of our roofing job. They are professional, fantastic communication and really quick and thorough with the work. When they came out to quote they did loads of investigation and explained everything that needed doing and our various options. They were extremely prompt in visiting to assess the damage before quickly turning around a well priced quotation and returning the following day with the necessary replacement tiles to match those damaged.
