He moved quickly and was able to inspect the home only a day after our offer was accepted (which was great, because there were several offers behind us!) He did a thorough job, kept us well informed through the inspection as to if anything majorly was coming up, and also provided excellent recommendations for who to contact in order to mitigate a few of the minor things he found.
