For a first-time homebuyer, Ron is exactly who you want inspecting your house. From our first phone call, Ron was responsive, helpful, and didn’t try to up-sell us on things we didn’t need. On inspection day (which he performed the day after we submitted our offer!), he and Luis came early, worked efficiently and carefully, were calm even when a few issues came up, and took their time walking us through the report after.
