The service department in this dealership quoted a price for a repair- we had our vehicle towed there- from out of town- 3 days later they called us 3 separate times within 10 minutes- each time raising the price by a total $400+ RIP OFF. All 3 times they called the price had been raised for a different reason- flat out lying about those reasons. FAIR WARNING- find somewhere else!!!

This service dept really messed up diagnosing our issue with our Titan & we ended up spending 2X's what it should have cost to fix the problem. We were without our truck for a month while they used trial and error to finally figure out what was wrong.
I took my Nissan into the dealership today to get the three recalls fixed on it. When I took it in it was covered in snow and ice from the snow blizzard the day before. My doors were froze. It was in the negative weather. I went back to pick up my car and it was so clean and they were very kind to clean off all of the snow and ice and it looked like a brand new car bought in the summer.
