Ron Sayer has always provided excellent service. I've been impressed with the sales and service departments.
When I made the appointment for my car to be fixed I ask for a loaner car. When I got there there was no loaner car, nor was I offered a used car or transportation to go to an appointment. The repair took an hour longer than they told me it would. When I purchased my car from Ron Sayer they promised me a loaner car when I had to have repairs done. I'm afraid that Ron Sayer lost a customer today.
