Do not deal with this company. I ordered a wall mounted lava lamp from them just prior to Christmas. In mid January still not received and after chasing was told it was discontinued. Got in touch with the manufacturer and it is still available. Rompa just did not have stock and could not supply it for the sale price they advertised. It is now nearly February and still waiting for a refund. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. Do not waste your money! We made an order, paying for all items on our list. in advance. After the items in stock arrived, within 2 months two items were broken after very light use! I have asked for replacements and was told the part broken would be replaced months ago! still nothing. Then of course the delayed items never turning up, at least this was refunded. Shocking resources for our most vulnerable children!! Never use Rompa again
In terms of customer experience, this the worst company I have ever dealt with. Spoken to in the most condescending manner by a member of the ‘customer service’ team, after reporting an item that arrived faulty, to be told effectively they didn’t care as it was out of an extremely unreasonable 48 hour period to report such faults. Note, the fault is also only visible once the item is plugged in so wasn’t picked up regardless on a visual inspection.
