The folks at Romney are very good. The office administration is very real and treats you like you are a very good friend. The technicians that have come over are very efficient and their work professionally. As well, they have pointed things out to me that were very useful. I did not feel like I was getting "up-sold" or sold something I did not need. Their manner was more along the lines of being helpful and informative. We have never had any problems with any pests. I have EXPLICITLY informed Romney Pest Control via BOTH e-mail and text to postpone treatment that was scheduled. They BLATANTLY ignored my wishes and went ahead with it anyway.

Our experience from, friendly reminders, it’s time to service our home, to the staff working in the office, to the staff workers who come spray inside and out of our home, are diligent, careful to listen, courteous and thorough.
