Great people to deal with.
Great profesional service. Had our home serviced by Romney Pest Control service representitive Mr. Muganyi. He was thorough in treating the exterior of our home and yard. He was also friendly and did not mind in answering questions I had. Recommend Romney Pest Control for keeping your home and yard protected from termites or the many other pests they have here in Texas.
I just received a call from one of your tecnnicians saying he was at my house doing a followup visit to the first month's treatment. I only bought 4 treatments, not 5. If you charge me for this followup, I'll take you to small claims court. If this is your way of collecting an additional $115 dollars, I won't pay it. I wasn't told anything at all whatsoever about a followup visit. A 'followup' visit shouldn't be a chargeable visit anyways. It isn't at a doctor's office!!

I have been using Romney for years. Always professional and friendly. Easy payments through their account portal. I even get a picture of the tech with notes once service is complete.
Driver for truck #13 dangerously cut me off over in Flower Mound today in traffic and then immediately break checked me almost causing an accident. I'll remember to never use this business nor recommend it to anyone.

And it took me three times saying we aren’t switching from our current pest control services, for him to walk off in a huff while I was mid sentence, grabbed his scooter he was on and not turn back. RUDE ASS. ��. It was ME you were inconveniencing stupid.
