Travis was very thorough and professional the entire time. He listened and took care of an issue with carpenter ants. We used another pest control for 10 years but when our technician retired, we decided to move on. So glad we chose Romney. They send you a text reminder the day before. Travis took his time inside and outside. And they use products safe for our parakeets, parrot and dogs. I recommend Romney is anyone is looking for a good pest control service.
poor serves and the say they would "part of every Romney Pest Control Service, the area surrounding your home will be treated in order to keep invading insects at bay. This insect barrier will extend the radius of 30 ft." that is BIG BS. we had 4 services and there tech never did what are they saying. thanks god our contract will be over soon.

San Antonio - Schertz area: Always great service, attentive to customer's requests, and trustworthy technicians. As a customer for over 10-15 years, their technicians have always conducted thorough work, from inspecting our attic for evidence of rodents, to checking around the roof area for wasp nests. Technician calls ahead of time to advise of his estimated arrival time. I was recently impressed by Jesse, who went beyond our expectations to treat/spray our home and yard!!
