Travis was very thorough and professional the entire time. He listened and took care of an issue with carpenter ants. We used another pest control for 10 years but when our technician retired, we decided to move on. So glad we chose Romney. They send you a text reminder the day before. poor serves and the say they would "part of every Romney Pest Control Service, the area surrounding your home will be treated in order to keep invading insects at bay. This insect barrier will extend the radius of 30 ft." that is BIG BS. we had 4 services and there tech never did what are they saying. thanks god our contract will be over soon.
