Sales rep was high school kid... Came to my door without any brochures/business cards. I asked for something w company name /address on it. He refused to give me a form (sales order form) w it. He tried to hard close with a line about doing work on our street tmrw and he would give special rate.. Little brat was rude and unprofessional !
After my initial treatment, I noticed I had a mice problem in my garage. I called and scheduled a technician to come out the next day and they arrived with bait and traps as planned. I just had my second treatment done and so far so good. The technician was very nice and notified me when he arrived and asked if I needed anything else other than the routine service. Don't do it ...don't do it. .... Don't do it ... ....... There's a CONTRACT. ... That the sales team don't tell you about. But collection department will throw in your face everyday. So far so good...first application, promised to come on a Sat between 5-7, called sut after 5 and were working by 5:30. Did all they promised an were very good communicators.
I wasn't able to select No stars. I'm reporting them to the BBB. They took money, no service. And told me they would "come back" if they wanted, and when. Not when I was available. Too bad they said, I missed them by 20 minutes. No notice on door. No proof they were there.
We have used Romney since moving in 6 years ago. Very satisfied!!
Tragically I liked this company until I moved and sold my house. It appears that their systems of recording terminations needs work. I guess the new home owners appreciate my paying for their service. Next stop post office for a certified letter, maybe that will stop the service.
Amazing service and very thorough! Our service man even helped us with an electrical problem that we thought we needed an electrician for. Way to go above and beyond for customer service! We highly recommend Romney Pest Control!!!
We had our first service yesterday!! The service guy was very polite! He did a great job! The best service we have ever had from a pest control service!!
