I am with this company 9 months from June 2019 to March 2020 but cockroaches in my mom room is still there. I told them too many times but they do nothing about it. They just spray little outside that all. I canceled their services and they charge me cancel fees $123.52
Jared Phillip is a super polite employee. He was a little late, but called with an ETA, and it was perfectly fine. I’m hesitant to have strangers in my home, but this Romney technician set my wary nature at ease. There are many other pest control businesses to choose from, but Romney strives to please the customer within reason, and their product and application technique has kept our scorpion, and other unwelcome pests away.
Summer of 2020 will make 2 yrs with Romney. I have zero complaints about this company. Rudy has treated my home more than once and is always very professional and so nice. Whatever they use works great, within 24 hours you can see dead bugs all over the yard and I never find bugs in the house. Thanks Romney, you have a happy customer.

Randy was punctual, polite and courteous. He respected my decision to discuss cost of treatment plan with my mother, and he provided additional thorough information via email almost immediately after his visit.
