Flor was here today. She was polite and very professional. I forgot to unlock my enclosed patio for treatment. I called her and she return to treat the patio. She did this for me on her way home. I have had Romney for over one year and they have never disappointed me. I was getting earwigs all the time. Problem solved!! You know they listen when you have a problem. Thank you, Flor and all the others that treated my property.
I have used Romney’s for close to 9 yrs, service is not good. Quality has fallen on the service they provide. When I called with a problem the representative argues with me. This last treatment I could have done with a can of Raid.

Solicits business door-to-door. Salesman are contracted and provide misleading information about services and contractual obligations. I called and was told that their salespeople do not speak for the company....
My elderly dog pushed her way out of the gate and planted her self at the front door. Mr. Sam kept calling me until I picked up and reassured me she would be ok until I made the short trip from work to home. He went above and beyond what is required!!! He did a wonderful job covering the home and yard as well for pest control!!! You guys are always doing a great job!!!
They are family owned, friendly and they have appointments right away. When they are here they are professional and explain everything so you understand it. They do great work and I highly recommend their services.
