Leasing a brand new Ford F150, has mechanical issues, Service department can't fix it, sales won't buy it back or make it right. Purse through Ford motor co, they also reject to make this right, all they care about is the sale of the vehicle and if you have an issue that they can't solve your on your own. I will never buy another Ford or vehicle from any Romano dealerships.
I was making the change from Chevy to Ford and found the perfect F150. Salesman Bob Klix found exactly everything I asked for in my new truck. We will definitely be coming back to buy another vehicle for my wife!!
They will sell you a car, after that your on your own. My mom bought a 2015 $30K+ Ford Explorer a few months ago to find out that one of the doors had to have been cheaply repaired because its rusting incredibly. Everything else on this car is mint showroom quality... Always be careful when buying a used car because even on a used car things may not show up like this on a car fax because people would pay a shady place for the repair to keep it off the record.

I just picked up a fabulous Edge Titanium and am totally pleased with it and with the dealings I had with Romano. Bob Klix is a terrific salesman, absolutely top-notch! This is the second Ford we've bought with Bob and he is consistently patient, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Romano's service department is great too! Next time I'm looking for a car I'll definitely come back!

I just bought a 2015 Ford Escape se from Romano ford in Fayetteville, they were terrific! This is my second escape and I still have my 2005 XLT escape V6, and it still runs great, but after 9 years I wanted a new one. My salesman was named Dale and he is fantastic, he helped me find the right escape without the pressure!! Thank you to the Dale and the Romano ford team in Fayetteville!!
